| | SCAR Rule changes and clarifications
After years of playing the old Car Wars compendium rules (v2.5) and the
disappointment of the new Car Wars rules (v5.0), SCAR has decided to completely
re-vamp the rules to clear up all of the inconsistencies that have plagued our
games over the years. Our goal is to simplify and speed up the game the we love
so much.
We will continue to use the Compendium v2.5 rules (the black covered compendium),
but all rules changes and clarifications will be posted here. At this time, we will
also be limiting the weapons and accessories that can be used in events. Allowable
