GASPcon Rules and Regulations
Children Under the age of 14 MUST be accompanied by an adult. A free Guardian pass will be available if the parent or guardian does not wish to game.
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult after 11 PM. This is a no wiggle room policy and will be strictly enforced.
GASPcon is a CASH ONLY event. We will not be able to accept credit cards, checks or Money orders the day of the convention.
Please be thoughtful and considerate of other Gamers. Courtesy and manners are always appreciated.
Restrict game play to the convention ballrooms and personal hotel rooms. Please do not use the hotel restaurants, bars, and lobby for open gaming space.
Absolutely no sleeping will be allowed on the convention floor. The Convention runs 24 hours a day but if you can not make it through the night get a hotel room or it might be a good time to call it a night. If we have to warn you more than once about sleeping you will be asked to leave the convention.
Stealing will not be tolerated, either from other con attendants or our dealers room. If you are caught stealing you will be ejected from this con and all future GASP events and we will call the police!
You must have your GASPcon Convention badge on your person at all times when participating in an Event.
No smoking on Convention Floor or Lobby.
No illicit or illegal drugs will be tolerated at the Convention. Anyone believed to be under the influence or in possession of such substances will be asked to leave the Premises at the discretion of Convention Officials.
Alcohol is not permitted on the convention floor. The hotel does have a bar for your alcohol needs but public drunkenness will not be tolerated. Anyone believed to be under the influence or in possession of such substances on the convention floor will be asked to leave the Premises at the discretion of Convention Officials.
Please do not bring any weapons (such as firearms of any sort, foam weapons, knives, replica weapons, swords, water pistols and the like) to GASPcon .
Take care when using other people’s property. Please try to treat the games you are playing as you would like your games played with.
Please keep your Gaming area clean and tidy it up after you've finished Gaming, other players have to use the Premises when you are done.
If your game is cancelled because of no GM or lack of players every effort will be made to get you into another game, but this can not be guaranteed.
If you are more than 5 minutes late to a Gaming Session, you forfeit your position in that Event.
A Game Master's or Umpire's decision is final. If you incessantly argue with a Game Master, or continue to disrupt a Game, you may be disqualified from that Game by the GM or a Convention Official.
If you actively disrupt a Game, or continually annoy a Gaming Group whilst a Game is in progress, you may be asked to leave the Convention by a Convention Official.
If for any reason you are removed from the convention NO refund will be given.
